Rules

• Participation fee is 360 euro per person (including accomodation, foods, local transfers)

• During the cultural trip on April 24, entrance fees to the Ephesus belong to the participants.

• Within the scope of ICYS 2024, students, juries and team leaders will stay in double or triple rooms at Hotel.

• Each country has the right to bring 6 students, 2 team leader and 1 jury.

• Students' participation in the program and all responsibilities belong to the team leaders.

• Jury Evaluation (Oral Presentations) will be held in the form of 10 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of Q&A.

• There will be staff in each category to control the order and timing of presentations.

• Juries are required to have at least a PhD degree and send their CVs to the committee before the organization.
